Our Story

In 2017, Dianna Apineru founded Best Coaching 4 Life Success out of a heart for people in all stages of their lives. Dianna Apineru has started singles and single parent groups, coached groups of young children and teens in sports, then mentored groups of teens in youth groups as her sons grew up.

In 2023, Dianna Apineru gathered a Board of Directors and converted Best Coaching 4 Life Success into a nonprofit in hopes of helping more people make successful transitions throughout their lives. We have an amazing knowledgeable Board of Directors and Board of Advisors who have a heart to help people make Smarter Decisions 4 Better Futures!

Meet The Team

Dianna Apineru, Founder & President

I grew up in North Texas and now live in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. Prior to college in Hawaii, I had the privilege to serve as a Christian missionary in Mexico where we build preschools to educate shut in children, then for Thailand Refugee Relief Services in Phanat Nikhom, Thailand supervising a large distribution program providing clothing to thousands of refugees from Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. There were so many refugee children I realized I wanted to make a difference in the lives of children during their foundational years in the hope of impacting generations in a positive way with education.

I then enrolled at University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona, HI where I studied Early Childhood Education and Montessori with a Christian curriculum, as well as Bible and Apologetics Courses. I used my biblical foundation and ECE to teach children for years in church and in Montessori schools, a couple of which I owned.

I married and had 3 sons, owned 4 small businesses while raising 3 sons in order to be home with them. I was the President of my Toastmaster club in Kailua-Kona, HI.

In 2001, during 9/11, we moved to Austin, TX to be closer to family. I worked in a advertising agency and as an Account Executive for ABC and Time Warner. I decided to become a Project Manager and Business Analyst on information technology software projects to be on the cutting edge of data flow. Places I have had the privilege to work on their projects are Dell Technologies, Google, VA Financial Services Center, Schwab, CVS Health, etc.

I have been a single parent for my 3 sons 25+ years and survived to talk about it! Now I continue to learn how to be a parent to 3 adult children.

I enjoyed years of coaching and mentoring several preteen and teen groups as my sons were growing up.

I also started singles and single parent groups.

In 2017, I founded Best Coaching 4 Life Success LLC out of my heart for people who need help through transitions in their lives. In 2023, I converted Best Coaching 4 Life Success into a nonprofit in hopes of helping more people make successful transitions from teens, to parents, and all stages in between. We have an amazing Board of Directors and Board of Advisors who have a heart to help people make Smarter Decisions 4 Better Futures!

I received a bachelor's in early childhood education at University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. It has been my privilege to teach, train and develop communities of leaders on six continents. There are few things that compare to seeing the joyful wonder of a child engaged in learning.

Currently, my interest is focused on anthropology and ethnobotany because I want to understand better how knowledge has been passed from one generation to another in a variety of cultures and ethnic traditions.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to spend time supporting families as a part of the Best Coaching 4 Life Success Board of Directors.

I am the eldest of 9 siblings. Having experienced a positive homeschool upbringing, I thought I could go into the public-school world and teach kids in a way that fostered the same positive upbringing. So, I received a bachelor's in early childhood education from Texas State University as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

I did not end up in a public-school classroom but chose instead to spend the next 5 years tutoring PreK through college ages. I have also been teaching piano lessons for over 10 years.

Besides my pursuits in education, volunteering at our local food pantry has also brought me joy for several years.

Currently, I am the Early Childhood Coordinator for the childcare and preschool Sunday school programs at North Way Bible Church, in Leander, TX, where I also served over 15 years in the children and youth ministries.

I have served as the Secretary and Treasurer for Best Coaching 4 Life Success since 2023 where I keep a record of board meetings, assist with document reviews, and organize financials.

My top strengths include adaptability, accuracy, and empathy.
